Usually the headstamp indicates what company made the ammo but not necessarily what company made the brass. But WCC 9mm brass should all be pretty darn close to the same.

Those are the two headstamps I've run across in 9mm, but in other calibers you'll see RA for Remington, plus many, many others for World War II and Korean War ammunition.
